Pittsburgh Pirate Top Five Dead or Alive Shirt

Image of Pittsburgh Pirate Top Five Dead or Alive Shirt

The Pittsburgh Pirates are one of baseball's most storied franchises, with a history that goes back to 1881 as the Pittsburgh Allegheny of the American Association. Since joining the National League in 1887, the club has won five World Series Championships and nine National League Pennants. Without a doubt, the most impactful player to ever wear a Pirate uniform is the great Roberto Clemente, who's significance is felt throughout the sport as the first Caribbean and Latin-American player to be enshrined in the Baseball Hall of Fame and first to start in a World Series as a position player. Clemente's playing career was as good as it gets, a 15-time All Star, four batting titles, an NL MVP in 1966, World Series MVP in 1971 and over 3000 hits and a legacy of serving others with one of baseball's top honors forever in his name. Clemente is joined by Pittsburgh legends Bill Mazeroski, Willie Stargell, Dave Parker and Andrew McClutchen as the best Pittsburgh Pirates to ever wear take the field.
